Pro adds more ways to monitor and review sound. Create up to 3 named advanced alarms with optional time windows, use the spectrum analyzer with freeze and crosshair readout, save unlimited session history, export polished reports, add titles and notes to sessions, get automatic mic profile matching for supported earbuds and external microphones, and view a companion Apple Watch meter. Free users can export a limited number of sessions, and can also watch a short video to earn extra exports for the day.
Microphone access is needed to measure environmental noise. Photo access is needed if you want to save noise overlay photos.
