Fixed tapping the "All" category filter accidentally completing the first visible reminder due to a gesture conflict.
Fixed localization issues: the category filter bar and completion toast are now fully translated.
CRITICAL FIX: Resolved an issue where database access from alarms or widgets could cause data loss. We have ensured all background processes use the correct configuration to prevent database corruption. We sincerely apologize to anyone affected by this.
