SET THE SCHEDULE. YOUR SUBS CONFIRM BY TEXT. Danori texts each sub before their work starts. They reply Y to confirm, N to decline, or R to reschedule. Nothing for them to download. If a sub asks to reschedule, tap Send dates and they pick a new date by text. If a sub declines, one tap sends the job to your backup. Reminders go out before the work date. SEE WHAT NEEDS YOU Top priorities shows only what needs a decision: a sub who declined, a task with no one assigned, a job running behind. The Today panel shows who is on site and who has confirmed. The notifications bell keeps every sub reply from the last 7 days in one place. KNOW WHERE EVERY JOB STANDS A pace bar on each job shows the work done against where the plan says you should be. On track, behind, or at risk, at a glance. See every job's week or month on one calendar. TRACK THE MONEY Price a job with an estimate, then turn it into a project when the client says yes. Log costs as tasks finish, with labor and materials kept separate. Contingency and profit gauges show where the job stands without a spreadsheet. Change orders with markup, client price, and approval status. KEEP YOUR CLIENT INFORMED Share a project page link with your client: progress, what is coming up, and the photos you choose to share.
