This is actually pretty fascinating, but just one thing that I’m curious about is are free daily credits happen once a day every day? I’m just curious and it’s just a thought and it was something I wanted to make sure about.

This app is terrible I’m losing my money due to their generating fails they are not going by the photos add for the character {example} I am melanin in skin town light bronze completion mf keep turning turning my character a white person that’s not okay with me at all unless I request a specific character for skin tone im using my character of my skin color and they are fkg with my work. I have to pay or use credit to correct their errors this is terrible and wrong they should accommodate fixing it free since they ruined parts in each scene it isn’t my mistake when I’m a paid subscriber. Also have you noticed character voices are only white and high pitched nothing deep or low pitched for a black race this is a bias and wicked app created only for the white race. I’m paying and being ripped off big time. Their system for AI generating really need to do better! You’re ripping people off. I cannot even prompt the voice I feel comfortable with without them altering using their own this is a rip off it’s unacceptable I don’t agree with how this app is running.

A character's skin tone should match what you specify - that it didn't is a real problem, and we passed your review, including the point about voice range, to our team.Things that give you direct control now: when you create a character you can add a written description (skin tone, age, look) alongside the photo, and you can edit the character's image at the preview step before generating. Each finished video also has an Edit button, so you can regenerate only the scene that came out wrong instead of rebuilding the whole film - that still uses credits, but far fewer than remaking everything. And you can now write your own script and have Cinely film it as written, up to 20 characters.On the credits you spent correcting our generation errors: that is on us, not you. Please contact us through Settings > Customer Support with your account email and we will review and restore those credits.We are not brushing past the wider point you raised about representation in characters and voices - thank you for saying it plainly.

I love the app but can you add a feature that includes the middle name and last name of the character?

This app is a joke! The voices go from person to person that I don’t even know who talking! The designs on the characters keep changing whether it be their clothes or hair or skin. And it doesn’t give us enough information to work with, when I was trying a sci-fi style describing a planet being destroyed, it kept taking the story in 3 different directions. Basically this was app was NOTHING like what I was hoping for!

We're sorry - that's a bad experience, and the problems you describe are real ones.For the voices jumping between characters: please use the cinematic model. It handles voice assignment much better and keeps each character's voice consistent while they speak. The standard-cinematic model is back in the latest version, so you can select cinematic again.For the characters changing clothes, hair and skin tone: when you create a character you can add a written description alongside the photo, and you can edit the character's image at the preview step before generating. Characters now hold their look far better from scene to scene, and a film supports up to 3 characters on standard and 7 on cinematic.The story wandering off your prompt is with the team. If you try the latest version and it still goes sideways, please contact us via Settings > Customer Support and send us the prompt.
• Remade the same scene twice by hand? The editor now offers the Agent to rewrite it — one tap opens the chat with the request already written
• When you cast a character again, you see the face your film gave them, not just the photo you sent
• The Agent now says whose picture it changed, or that it could not
