A glass of water, a few pages, a short walk. FlowTraces lets you record small steps with Mimo, a friendly 3D bear. Mimo’s living home makes the time you give yourself visible.

BUILD YOUR OWN RHYTHM
Choose from 10 ready-made habits: water, reading, walking, stretching, a breathing break, meditation, preparing for sleep, journaling, language practice and a screen break. You can also add your own habit. Set personal goals, scheduled days and reminder times. On a difficult day, switch to smaller goals for that day.
TAKE A SMALL BREAK WITH MIMO
Record your water intake and see the rippling water in Mimo’s belly. Start a timed reading or other habit session while Mimo joins you with its own movement. Keep journal notes on your device.
A HOME YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN
Tap objects in a home whose light changes with the time of day to open your habits. Choose the home’s colours, room layout and plant position. Complete a reading goal on 3 different days to unlock lamp choices, or a walking goal on 3 different days to unlock garden paths. The days do not have to be consecutive.
SEE THE STEPS YOU HAVE TAKEN
View your plans and records from the last 7 days. Grow different garden corners through movement, reading and rest habits. Taking a break does not erase previous records.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Free use supports up to 5 active habits and 3 reminder times per habit. Optional FlowTraces Premium supports up to 15 active habits, 24 reminder times per habit and a monthly history view. The device’s total scheduled-notification limits also apply.
Monthly and yearly subscription prices, durations and any offered introductory conditions are shown by Apple before purchase. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account and restore previous purchases.
YOUR RECORDS STAY WITH YOU
No account is required. There are no ads or in-app tracking. Habits, notes and home choices are stored on your device; you can optionally export them as a JSON file. The app does not operate its own cloud sync service.
