QUICK EPISODE LOGGING
Start a migraine or headache record in seconds, then add detail as symptoms change. Record severity, pain location, aura, symptoms, medicines, doses, timing, and your reported response.
CLEAR HISTORY
Review episodes and daily observations without treating unrecorded days as symptom-free. Edit or delete your records at any time.
VERIFIED RECORD SUMMARIES
Migrena summarizes only what you recorded. Open a narrative claim to see its date range, coverage, missing data, evidence strength, and provenance. Descriptive patterns are not causes, diagnoses, or predictions.
OPTIONAL CONTEXT
With your permission, add nearby WeatherKit context and selected Apple Health data. Migrena reports when context is missing and does not request these permissions until you choose.
TREATMENTS AND CYCLE CONTEXT
Keep medicines taken during an episode separate from preventive-treatment periods. Optional cycle observations require enough adequately recorded cycles and never imply causation.
CLINICIAN-READY EXPORTS
Create free PDF and JSON reports with a concise summary and detailed timeline for a clinician visit.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Record analysis runs on your device. Permissions are optional, and you can independently disable or delete optional cycle context or delete all local app data.
Migrena organizes your records. It does not diagnose, predict attacks, identify causes, recommend medication changes, or replace professional medical care.

Logging, editing, history, deletion, PDF reports, JSON export, and week or month record summaries are free. Migrena Pro unlocks 3-month, yearly, and all-time record summaries.
Weekly and lifetime purchase options are available. Apple shows your local price and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Weekly access renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account Settings.
