将内置饺子食谱与分阶段链式计时（醒面、包制、蒸或煮）绑定，完成后把批次评分、笔记或照片写进仅保存在本机的料理日记。 • 在「食谱库」浏览地区饺子条目，查看配料、分步说明与折法分页图解。 • 启动多阶段计时：按醒面、包馅、蒸制等阶段推进，可选用锁屏本地通知提醒阶段结束。 • 为食谱加星收藏，并在食谱详情写厨房笔记；数据写入本机 Application Support，整本日记可导出 JSON 备份。 • 日记支持为每条批次添加照片（系统相册选择器选取，图像仅保存在应用沙盒）。 • 在日记列表左滑删除条目；计时结束后可直接新建笔记，并把记录关联到当时使用的食谱。 食谱正文、折法参考、收藏标记与日记内容均离线可用，无需账号登录。季节贴士文案可由只读网络清单拉取并缓存在本地。 • 在设置中切换公制单位、触感反馈与计时通知开关。 围绕饺子备餐的「食谱—分阶计时—日记」闭环搭建，不是聚合百万菜品的通用菜谱信息流。
