Your AI Receptionist, rebuilt for the phone. See at a glance whether it is answering, then pause it, change the pause or go live in a couple of taps. Today shows who is on the line, the calls that need you and everything else so far, with Ring and Sorted on each one. Decide what happens to a call right from its page: move or confirm a booking with the exact text your customer will get, text the caller back, play or delete a recording, and read the whole conversation. The calls list has quick filters and search, Insights now match the web, and Settings has every option you need with a safe save that only changes what you touched. A finished call no longer rings your phone like a live one. Also fixed: receipt photos show on the expense screen again.

Start Job now starts the job timer, the same timer you see on the web, and Complete or Put on hold stops it and logs the hours to the job. You can also start and stop the timer yourself from the job screen. The live tracker is on the phone too: tap On my way, pick your ETA, and your customer is texted a link to follow you in, then tap Arrived when you get there. The lock screen timer now counts from the job timer and shows your ETA while you drive.

Fixes a problem where editing an invoice in the app could save the wrong GST amount. Before and after photos, customer sign-off and the shareable completion report now work for every trade, not just cleaning. Prices that change by day of the week are shown correctly when you book or quote on the phone. Notification settings now include "A customer email did not arrive", so you hear when an email you sent a customer is rejected.

Fixes and improvements. Signing in is steadier. The app no longer logs you out when it renews your session in the background, and a screen that was waiting on an expired login now loads instead of coming up empty.

Fixes and improvements. The app now tells you when a newer version is available, with a button that takes you straight to the App Store. A new Next Job widget: add it to your Home Screen to see your next job at a glance, and tap it to open the job. When you make a booking you can now add the customer's company, so it is saved on the customer and shows on their invoice. Team members set to see only their own jobs no longer see the option to delete a job. That stays with the office.

Fixes and improvements. Car workshops can now run their day from the app: see every car with its rego, owner and service history, add a car, choose the car when you make a job, and see it on the job. Starting and finishing a job from the app now updates the car's service history. A job finished with no signal is sent as soon as you are back online. An invoice made from a job now carries the car's rego, VIN and odometer, and uses your own invoice settings. Team members set to see only their own jobs now see only their jobs in the app. The inspection's photo button opens the camera, photos can be added to a job from your camera roll, and the job timer tells you why it did not start. The widget can show your next job. You can ask a customer for a review from a finished or invoiced job. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, the app now reminds you to add a business email so replies from your customers reach you.

Fixes and improvements. Signing out now clears this phone for that login everywhere: notifications, calls and the Apple Watch stop showing that account. Buying a plan in the app is now for a business's owner or admin. If this Apple ID already pays for another business's plan, the app says so before anything is charged, and tells you where to change it. The Referral Hub keeps showing a referral after the other business on it has left OneBookPlus.

Fixes and improvements. Workshops can now run a vehicle inspection from the phone. Work through the car on the hoist, mark each item good, monitor or needs attention, add a measurement like 3mm or 11.4V, and photograph anything worth showing. The customer opens the finished report on a link with no app to install, and it shows what passed as well as what did not. Anything needing attention can be sent to them for approval, carrying the photos onto the screen they sign. Take a payment on the job. The invoice screen records the amount, how you were paid, the date and a reference, and an invoice can be texted to a customer. One invoice can look different without restyling the whole business, and the logo size control now matches what actually prints. Schedule a job straight from a booking, on the same rules the browser uses. A booking made on the phone keeps the customer attached to it, and shows what they told you when they booked. A finished job with nothing to invoice can be closed without deleting it. An owner can resend an accountant invite that never arrived.

Fixes and improvements. A customer now has an address. You can add one when you create a customer and correct one afterwards, the suburb and state fill themselves in as you type, and there is a Directions button on their page. Addresses you already had are now visible on the phone too. A job for an existing customer fills in their address instead of asking you to type it again, and a job that has no address of its own shows the customer's. A job saves with just a name. If you only want to note that you are going back to finish something off, that is now enough, and you can add the customer and the date later. Recording a payment asks how you were paid. The invoice screen now has Record a payment, which takes the amount, the method, the date and a reference, alongside Mark as paid for when you just want it settled. Line item descriptions keep their line breaks, so a long scope of works arrives laid out the way you typed it instead of as one paragraph.

Fixes and improvements. The buttons at the bottom of an invoice, job, booking, quote, contact or bill screen could sit behind the bottom bar, so Edit, Mark paid, Record payment and Take payment looked as though they had disappeared. They are back where you can reach them, in portrait and landscape. Recording a part payment no longer removes the payment options from an invoice. An invoice with money still owing keeps Record payment and Mark paid until it is settled. Home now shows what is new in OneBookPlus, and you can close each item once you have read it.

Taking a booking over the phone, and a diary that moves under your finger. TAKING A BOOKING New Booking is now under the + button wherever you are, not only on the Bookings tab. The booking form asks for an email and a phone number, so a booking you take over the phone from someone new can actually be confirmed and reminded — before this there was nowhere to put either, and nothing could be sent. The address box now suggests addresses as you type, and still accepts anything you type yourself. YOUR DIARY Swipe between days, weeks and months and the calendar now follows your finger instead of jumping when you let go. If you had ever filtered the diary to one person and your team changed, the calendar could look empty with no way to put it right. That is fixed, the filter button now shows when anything is being hidden, and Show all clears it. A booking you take while looking at the diary appears straight away. TIDIER SCREENS The calendar had two identical "..." buttons at the top; there is now one. The invoice list's summary figures are readable instead of cut off. And a job or invoice screen's actions no longer linger at the bottom after you swipe back to the list.

Your phone now tells you the truth about deleting and about time. DELETING AN INVOICE If an invoice has been paid, it can no longer be deleted out from under the payment. Your customer's money stays accounted for, and the app tells you how much is still held and to refund it first. Before, the screen simply closed and the invoice was still there, or you were told it had been deleted and would sync later when it never would. TIME LOGGED ON YOUR PHONE Hours you log against a job now record who did the work. That matters for more than the paperwork: your charge-out rate is set against the person, so hours without a name could not be priced and quietly held up the invoice for that job. Clocking off a job records it the same way.

Telling a customer you are on the way now works. ON MY WAY Tapping On My Way sends the message. It texts and emails your customer with where you are heading and when to expect you, and moves the job to In Progress. It also tells you what actually went out, rather than reporting a message as sent when there was no mobile number or email address on file for that customer. You can send it from a job you have already started, not only one that is still scheduled. WHO IS DOING THE JOB The list of people to put on a booking now appears as soon as you have anyone on your team, the same as it does on the website. Before this, a business with one person on its staff list saw the choice in a browser and never on the phone.

Find any customer, and see the whole team's day. EVERY CUSTOMER, HOWEVER LONG YOUR LIST Picking a customer used to show only the start of your list, so a long book seemed to stop partway through the alphabet and the person you wanted looked like they were not saved. Every picker now searches your whole list, and keeps loading more as you scroll. SEARCH THAT REACHES EVERYTHING Jobs, bookings, invoices and quotes now search all of your records rather than only the most recent ones. Search a job by its number, its title, the customer or the address. Search an invoice or a quote by its number or by who it is for. Scroll to the end of a list and the next ones load by themselves. A BOOKING RECORDS WHO IT IS FOR If you have a team, a booking made on your phone now records which of them it is for, so it shows up against the right person everywhere else. THE WHOLE TEAM'S DAY, SIDE BY SIDE The day view now gives each person their own column, so you can see who is busy and who is free at a glance. You can also narrow the diary to one person. TODAY, ONE PULL AWAY A bar above the tab bar opens onto what matters on that screen: today's bookings, today's jobs, or what you are still owed. A TIDIER APP The screens for making and editing a job, booking, invoice or quote now match the rest of the app.

Bills and payments, now on your phone. SUPPLIER BILLS, ENTERED WHERE YOU OPEN THEM Enter a bill from a supplier and record what you have paid against it, without waiting until you are back at the computer. Your books are updated the same way they are on the web. WHAT HAS COME IN, AND WHAT IS STILL OWED Payments shows the money you have received and what is still to collect, and you can record a payment against an invoice from there. A DRIVING TEST CARRIES ITS TIME AND CENTRE For driving schools: a test booking now shows the test time and the testing centre on the booking, in your diary, and while you are making one, so the pickup can be planned around the test. FINISHING SETUP, WITHOUT THE COMPUTER If you signed up on your phone, the steps that make the app work for you now sit on your home screen instead of waiting on the web. A BOOKING KNOWS WHICH SERVICE IT IS Making a booking now offers your own services. Pick one and it fills in the name, the length and the price, so the booking ties back to your catalogue. You can still type a name for blocked time and one-offs. PAYMENT REMINDERS, STRAIGHT FROM A CUSTOMER Open a customer, tap Send payment reminder, and their unpaid invoices are emailed for you. REPORTS THAT SHOW THEIR WORKING Profit and loss covers the exact quarter to date, and a report says plainly when its numbers are loading or cannot be shown. YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHERE A CHANGE STANDS Saved, queued until you are back online, or needing another go: the app tells you which, every time. ORDERS CLOSE WITH THEIR PAYMENT RECORDED Completing an order on the kitchen display records the payment against it. PLAINER WORDING THROUGHOUT Shorter, clearer wording on screens across the app.

Fixes and improvements. Your dashboard loads properly again if you run a salon or clinic. Marking an invoice as paid now records it in your accounts, not just on the invoice. Clearer messages when something goes wrong.

Invoicing a job from your phone no longer changes the price. THE PRICE YOU QUOTED IS THE PRICE YOU INVOICE If a line on your quote was set to GST-free, that setting now follows the job all the way through to the invoice. Before this, invoicing a job from your phone treated every line as taxable and added 10% to a total your customer had already accepted. THE JOB KNOWS IT HAS BEEN INVOICED An invoice you raise from a job on your phone is now linked to that job, so it shows as invoiced everywhere, including on the web. Before this the invoice saved and sent correctly but was never linked back, so the job still looked outstanding on your computer.

Deleting your account is clearer, and less all or nothing. A CHOICE THAT IS NOT ALL OR NOTHING If you want the app off your phone but not your business gone, you can now sign out from the same place instead. Deleting is still one tap away if that is what you want. WE SAY WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS Deleting your account takes effect straight away. There is no grace period and no undo, and if you are the only person in your business, the business goes with it. That is now written plainly before you confirm. A RECEIPT, AND A WAY BACK We now email you once the deletion is done, confirming what was removed and how to start again if you change your mind.

AI Receptionist, set up from your phone. KEEP THE NUMBER YOUR CUSTOMERS ALREADY RING You do not need a second number. Phone Numbers now shows the forwarding code for your own line, for mobile and landline, ready to copy, with a shortcut to iPhone call forwarding. Send only the calls you miss, or all of them, and turn it back whenever you like. HEAR IT ANSWER Tap your receptionist number to ring it and listen to the greeting you set. The quickest way to know it is working. DECIDE WHAT IT MAY SAY Setup now covers whether it can quote a price, what it must never promise, and how far ahead it may book, alongside the existing limits on how long it talks. Pinch the calendar to zoom between them, or swipe sideways to move through weeks and days. The date sits in the title bar, which leaves a lot more room for the calendar itself. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE A live line marks the current time. Bookings that have finished fade back so your eye lands on what is still ahead, and paid bookings carry a tick. Open time between bookings shows as a tappable gap, so filling it takes one tap with the time already set. KNOW WHAT NEEDS YOU A summary shows what matters for the period you are looking at: how much is booked, what is waiting to be confirmed, what is still unpaid, any double bookings, and how much time is free. A filter lets you hide cancelled bookings, completed ones, no-shows or blocked time, and the list underneath collapses out of the way when you want the full calendar. The calendar also follows the display settings from your web calendar, so tiles show the same service, client or address details on both.
