Each entry gets a short reflection — not advice, not diagnosis, just a thoughtful mirror of what you actually said. Once a week, you receive a summary of your patterns and a question worth sitting with. At the start of each new season, a deeper report looks back at who you were and what's shifting.
What Becoming does:
