Cover Me - Shift Manager
Coverage, swaps & scheduling
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Put it up. Get it covered. A teammate picks up your shift and a manager approves in a tap, or auto-approve does. Schedules, GPS check-in and rewards, all in one app.
Cover Me keeps hourly teams covered when schedules change. Can't make a shift? Put it up for coverage — a teammate picks it up, and the shift changes hands with manager approval or instantly with auto-approve, your team's choice. Workers see their schedule, put up and pick up shifts, swap hours, and message their managers directly in the app.
Managers create schedules, approve coverage, coordinate multiple locations and stations, review attendance, and manage role-based permissions from one real-time workspace.
Cover Me is built for every shift-based team — restaurants, cafés, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and any hourly crew that needs shifts covered when life happens.
