Me. works with any device that writes to Apple Health: Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Garmin, Whoop, Withings, and hundreds more. If your data is in Apple Health, Me. can work with it.
Each day, Me. surfaces your key metrics, workouts and sleep data in one place. A live read of where you are, built from whatever devices you use.
YOUR PROFILE: Your profile is the foundation, and the part of Me. that changes how every AI conversation works.
The gap between a useful AI conversation and a generic one is context. Me. keeps your conditions, medications, training context, and personal preferences in one structured place, ready to include every time you compile.
Ten sections: a personal doctrine layer capturing your health philosophy and preferences, personal context, conditions and diagnoses, medications and supplements, test results, hormonal health, mental health context, procedures, diet, and lifestyle. Add entries by text or voice transcription. When you compile, your profile is included. Every conversation starts from your real picture, not a blank page.
YOUR DAILY CONTEXT: A five-point check-in takes under 15 seconds. Rate your sleep, energy, mood, stress, and soreness. Add a note after each session. Even a few words about how it felt makes a significant difference when the analysis happens. Over time, this layer of context is what makes your data tell a story rather than just report numbers.
YOUR TRAINING PLAN: Build a training plan from scratch using AI, load your own, or import one from your coach. Once it is in Me., it can become part of any compilation. Make changes in any AI tool and import the updated plan directly back into the app.
YOUR COMPILATION: Choose a time range. Select what to include. Compile. The output is a structured document ready to paste into any AI tool, or hand directly to your GP or coach. Me. does not generate a score or tell you what your results mean. That conversation belongs between you and the people or services who can act on it.
PRIVACY: Everything stays on your device. No Me. account required. No Me. server. Optional iCloud backup is available if you choose to enable it, controlled entirely from your settings. Me. uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-first analytics, disclosed in-app with an opt-out toggle.
BUILT BY REAL PEOPLE: Me. is an independent app with no data business model. We built it because we wanted to actually use our own health data, not have it locked away in platforms that keep it to themselves. If something needs fixing or changing, you can reach us directly.
FREE AND PRO: Me. is free to use fully. Daily check-ins, notes, the complete profile, saved prompts, and training plan are all included. Compile the last 7 days, up to 5 times a month, at no cost.
Me. Pro unlocks full history compilation (14, 28, or 90 days, or all time), unlimited compiles, and profile change history. Try Pro free for 7 days. After the trial, it renews automatically at $2.99 per month until you cancel in Settings. You can also unlock Pro for good with a one-time purchase of $19.99.
