第一天开店的时候，菜单上只有两道菜，厨房也只有一口锅。
《我要开饭店》从这样一个很小的起点开始。你要一边接单，一边盯着锅里的进度，稍微慢一点，顾客就会开始不耐烦；手速跟不上，很快就会忙不过来。
赚到的每一笔钱，都可以用来做选择——是先加快出餐速度，还是先解锁新菜？菜单一点点变多，从简单的小吃到更复杂的菜式，厨房也会慢慢变得像样起来。
有时候店里会突然挤满人，一连串订单压下来；也会遇到特别挑剔的顾客，等不了太久就会走人。偶尔还会有“探店”的人出现，让这一轮经营变得更紧张一点。
不在线的时候，店铺也会继续运转。等你回来，已经攒下了一笔可以继续升级的钱，可以再扩一点位置，或者再多加几道菜。
这是一个节奏不算慢，但也不会太累的经营游戏。
如果你只是想安静地经营一家从小到大的饭店，这个过程应该会挺让人上头。
