you're handed at the clinic, the PDFs you download from patient portals, the
bills and insurance letters that arrive later.
Photograph a record or import a PDF. ScanMind reads the text on your iPhone,
files it by person and type, and makes every word searchable — so you can find
the one line you need instead of scrolling through a folder.
Before an appointment, open one clear page: current medications, diagnoses,
surgeries, allergies, and the most recent records. Print it or hand it to the
nurse. When a sibling or a new doctor needs to take over, share the whole file
at once.
