HOW IT WORKS
Answer a short quiz and Wavy builds your daily routine: two or three short breaks placed at the moments that suit you best (waking up, mid-day, after work, before bed).
Each break is a full-screen visual guide: a meditation that walks you through, or a circle that breathes with you — growing as you inhale, settling as you exhale. No decisions, no thinking: just follow.

SUBSCRIPTION
Wavy works with a subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
