Codex HUD is a lightweight macOS menu bar app that helps you check your local Codex limits and usage without leaving your workflow. It reads Codex session snapshots stored on your Mac and shows the most important limit information right in the menu bar. Open the panel for more detail, including your 5-hour window, 7-day window, reset times, last sync time, and local session source. The goal of Codex HUD is simple: turn limit checking from a repetitive context switch into a glanceable HUD.
