HOW IT WORKS Your phone's camera feeds into TensorFlow.js MoveNet, a pose-detection model that runs entirely on your device. It watches your movement, counts each rep, and gives you live feedback on depth, elbow angle, and body alignment. Nothing is recorded. Nothing leaves your phone. PICK YOUR MISSION Choose from six built-in daily targets — from Recruit (25 reps) to Vanguard (1,000) — or set a custom goal.
