This is a big update, with several new tools for ward leaders and members. CHECKLISTS Build reusable checklist templates — new-member onboarding, baptism preparation, temple and endowment prep, priesthood ordinations, and the My Covenant Path lessons — then assign them to a member and check items off as they happen. Each item can carry a note, and every completed item records who checked it and when. New wards start with a set of ready-made templates you can edit, reorder, and make your own. BROADCASTS Send one-way push messages to members by channel — ward, Elders Quorum, Relief Society, Young Men, Young Women, or Primary. Attach a photo and see how many members each channel reaches. Members receive it as a push notification and in their feed. TAGS & SMARTER CONTACTS Add free-text tags to any contact from a searchable picker, then filter your directory by tag. The filters page has been rebuilt from the ground up, and you can now filter by who has app access. Contact profiles are cleaner too, with an app-access pill, inline tags, and a streamlined menu for assignments and notes. MEMBERS ROSTER See everyone in your ward with active app access at a glance, and jump straight to their contact. EVENTS Attach first-class links to events — including Google Photos albums — and duplicate or copy a past event into a new draft to save time. YSA & SINGLE-ADULT WARDS Numbered now supports YSA and single-adult ward types, with language and callings that fit. AND MORE Map pins now show contact names, the member-approval flow is simpler and clearer, you can paste a profile photo from the clipboard, and the shareable public ward page now shows announcements — plus a broad round of performance and reliability improvements.

You can now export a contact list right from Numbered — filter to the people you need, choose which details to include (name, phone, address, email), and share it in a tap. We've also moved the Individuals/Families toggle into the contact filters to tidy up the header, and reordered the leader tabs so your day-to-day tools are front and center. Plus the usual round of performance and reliability improvements.
