Pomodoro Study & Focus Timer

$2.99

Pay once. No ads. No tracking. No subscriptions. No internet. Just hand-drawn fish and a black-and-white aquarium, quietly running your focus timer. A hand-drawn black-and-white aquarium focus timer. Inspired by the original 1985 Macintosh, every fish is drawn by hand in pure black and white (no color, no clutter, nothing competing for your attention). Aquarium Zen: Retro is an ambient aquarium that helps you actually get things done. — THE AQUARIUM — Ten species swim across your screen, each drawn by hand: Clownfish, Neon Tetra, Zebra Danio, Guppy, Betta, Angelfish, Swordtail, Harlequin Rasbora, Molly and Platy. They aren't just decoration. Larger fish hunt smaller ones and grow with every meal — the bigger the catch, the more they grow. Leave it in Auto and the population finds its own balance. A small ecosystem, running quietly in the background. — FOCUS TIMER — A pomodoro-style timer built right in. Set any duration you like, down to the second, and watch the circular progress ring wind down. When time is up, eighty bubbles burst across the screen. Simple, distraction-free, satisfying. — MAKE IT YOURS — • Fish count: Auto, 3, 5, 10, 15 or 20 • Background: Black, Scanlines, Bubbles, Particles, Waves or Gradient • Fish speed: Relaxing, Normal or Lively • My Timers: keep your favourite durations one tap away • Language: English or French, auto-detected — ACCESSIBLE — Full VoiceOver and Voice Control support, Dynamic Type, Reduced Motion and high contrast throughout. Designed to work for everyone. — PAY ONCE — No ads. No tracking. No third-party SDKs. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. No accounts. No internet required after you download it. The app collects nothing, sends nothing, and stores only your settings, on your device. You buy it once and that's it (the way apps used to be). All future updates included. Built for iPhone and iPad.

Every fish in the aquarium is now hand-drawn. NEW ARTWORK All ten species (clownfish, neon tetra, zebra danio, guppy, betta, angelfish, swordtail, harlequin rasbora, molly and platy) have been redrawn by hand. LIVELIER FEEDING Fish now open their mouths as they strike, with dedicated artwork for the moment they feed. Feeding is more predictable too: size decides who eats whom, and the tank keeps its own population in balance. A MORE VARIED TANK Fish now vary in size, so no two aquariums look quite alike. SMOOTHER ANIMATION The animation engine has been rebuilt and every fish image optimized. Noticeably smoother on older devices, with a large reduction in memory use. FIXES Fish no longer spawn at the very edge of the screen in landscape mode.
