START WITH TWO PRIORITIES
Your day has two levels. Make it happen is for the work that matters today. Normal is for everything else. You choose what deserves focus without ranking every task or building a complicated system.
CAPTURE TASKS WITH HELENA
Tap Helena and start speaking. She turns one thought or a whole list into editable task cards with dates, times, durations, priorities, tags, notes and subtasks. Review every card before creating it.
Inside Task Detail, Helena can also help rewrite a title, add context and organize subtasks. You stay in control of the final task.
Nonne processes your voice live. It does not store audio or a transcript, and your voice is not used to train models.
KEEP AN HONEST BACKLOG
Unfinished tasks roll forward with a quiet count. After three days they move to Backlog. You can schedule them again when they earn a place in the day.
CHOOSE HOW MUCH YOU SEE
Start with Keep it simple or I like the details. Then adjust notes, subtasks, rollover, time tracking and daily workload one setting at a time. A task with only a title looks complete. More context appears when you want it.
PLAN, FOCUS AND REVIEW
Use Today for decisions, Agenda for your schedule and Calendar for the month. Add reminders and attachments, pin important work or assign a task to someone in your Circle.
Start a focus session and Nonne tracks the time. Stats show where planned and tracked hours went. Premium adds deeper insights and exportable hours reports.
Your tasks sync with the web app, where Board adds another way to organize the same plan.
