I didn’t expect much at first, but this app really surprised me. It actually helps me slow down and stop overthinking instead of just giving basic advice. The way it talks feels calming and not judgmental, which makes it easier to open up. I like how simple and cute the design is too. It’s become something I use when I feel stressed or my thoughts start going everywhere. Definitely recommend if you overthink a lot like me.
