HealthExport Local is an on-device tool for Apple Health and HealthKit. It turns scattered health records into files and summaries you can review, analyze, and back up.
Broader health data coverage
With system authorization and supported devices, the app can organize activity, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory data, sleep stages, body measurements, mobility, nutrition, reproductive health, symptoms, hearing, vital signs, mental wellbeing, Activity rings, ECG, vision prescriptions, and medication records. Available data varies by device, region, system version, records, and permissions.

Local summaries and trends
The app creates structured summaries from your current health data on your device, ready to copy into your preferred AI app. Summary generation does not call an AI API. Built-in trends, recovery score, sleep, heart rate, activity, and correlation views help you review long-term changes.
Shortcuts and folder backup
Export health data with Shortcuts or back it up to a selected folder using your saved settings. These actions can be used with system automations.

Version 3.0 is a major health data export upgrade:

· Added dedicated exports for Activity rings, personal characteristics, ECG waveforms, heartbeat series, audiograms, state of mind and mental health assessments, vision prescriptions, and medications
· Raw CSV files now preserve UUIDs, type identifiers, source apps, device details, HealthKit metadata, and related objects
· Improved grouped scanning and paginated counting for long-term and large-volume exports
· Connected Shortcuts and folder backups to the unified health data catalog
· Added Export Defaults to control which groups are selected when opening the export screen
· Added Follow System to the language menu, with full support for 10 app languages
