VERDICT ENGINE
Every Taiwan listed common stock gets a clear read:

• Signal strength: Strong / Medium / Weak — how many independent signals agree. This is a measure of evidence, not a probability or a prediction of returns.
• Timeframe: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week
• One-sentence reasoning

Coverage is limited to listed common stocks. ETFs, leveraged and futures-based products are excluded, because institutional net-buy data on those reflects market-maker creation and redemption rather than conviction.
