Dicom Pilot is a macOS DICOM + AI workspace designed to help you analyze medical images through context-aware conversations. Core Features • Import DICOM files or folders and organize imaging data by Study / Series. • Start AI conversations directly from the currently selected study, series, and slice. • AI responses are grounded in the active imaging context to support structured analysis and information extraction. • In AI chat, you can request DICOM tag lookups, common metadata queries, and common window/level presets when needed. • Includes essential viewing tools such as window/level, zoom, pan, HU probe, slice navigation, and viewport reset. • Create tasks by series and keep session history for follow-up questions and review. Notes • AI features depend on your own configured model service and API key.
