Reset your password from email — request a link in the app and finish on the same phone so your secure link works reliably. Clearer recovery flow — fewer confusing errors when choosing a new password; simpler messages if a link expired or a password isn’t allowed. Booking updates from your lab — when staff propose changes to a visit, you can review and respond; if you decline, you’ll see a clear outcome instead of a stuck booking. More dependable booking times — scheduling and reminders align better with local time (including Lebanon-based routing).
