v1.2.5 — Adaptive hydration Brim now adapts even more precisely to your day: • Cycle adjustment — In the luteal phase, your water needs automatically increase by 300 ml (using Apple Health data). • Altitude & flight — When hiking or flying, Brim detects the conditions and adds 300–500 ml for mountain air or dry cabin air. • Workout tracking — HealthKit workouts are analyzed with heart-rate-based intensity: 500 ml/h moderate, 800 ml/h at 150 bpm and above. • Extended Apple Health integration — Coffee/tea writes caffeine, beer/wine/spirits writes alcoholic standard drinks directly to Health. • Drinking schedule with times — Instead of one total goal, set slots at fixed times.
