SEVEN CATEGORIES, FIVE FREQUENCY BANDS The right rhythm for every state, from two to forty hertz: • Focus and Clarity – 40 Hz, gamma • Vitality – 20 Hz, beta • Relaxation – 10 Hz, alpha • Inspiration – 6 Hz, theta • Balance – 5 Hz, theta • Sleep – 2 Hz, delta TWO WAYS TO USE IT As an audiovisual session, when you have time: calm imagery, nature footage and AI-generated scenes, modulated audio and a gentle vibration in time with the frequency, five to forty-five minutes. Or as sound alone in the background, with the vibration if you like, while you work, study or fall asleep. HEAR IT, SEE IT, FEEL IT The frequency lives in the sound. If you like, a subtle light pattern is layered over the video, and a gentle vibration in time with the frequency. Each can be switched off on its own. WHAT YOU GET • 60+ sessions across seven categories • Choose your length: 5, 10, 20, 30 or 45 minutes • Moon mode: screen goes dark, sound keeps playing • Sleep timer • Progress, weekly overview and 28 trophies • Favorites and sync across your account • Works without an internet connection THE RESEARCH BEHIND IT Rhythmic audiovisual stimuli in the gamma range around 40 Hz are being studied at MIT among other places. NeuroFocus makes such frequencies something you can experience. NeuroFocus is not a medical device and does not replace therapy or medical treatment. Please do not use it if you are sensitive to visual stimuli, flickering or rhythmic stimulation. PRICING Your first ten sessions are free. After that, Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
