Improvements • Service date "Days": removing a day with the minus button no longer crashes the app • Issued invoices can no longer be deleted, as they must be kept on record. Instead, you cancel them, right in the list (swipe or context menu) or via "Delete" in the invoice. Drafts can still be deleted. Anything already in the trash stays there • Cancelled invoices and their cancellation invoices disappear from the invoice list and from "Recent invoices" on the dashboard, but they are kept. A row at the top of the list shows them again when needed, and search always finds them • Cancellation invoices are listed under "Cancelled" instead of staying under "Sent" for good. Cancellation invoices, credit notes and corrected invoices no longer show a due date, as they don't request payment • Trash: when you swipe to "Delete Permanently", the entry now stays in place until you confirm • Letterhead: on continuation pages, content now starts below the header of the continuation letterhead instead of covering it. The zone editor has its own line for this under "Continuation pages" • Editor: on iPhone, the "Page break" row now stays on one line instead of wrapping mid-word • Address: for clients in your own country, the address no longer ends with a country line. For clients abroad, the country is spelled out in capital letters, such as "FRANCE", instead of just a code • XRechnung: the check before export no longer wrongly reports a missing postcode and city for clients abroad

New • Intra-Community supply: VAT-exempt invoices to businesses in other EU countries with the required note and both VAT IDs, also in e-invoices and the DATEV export • Export: VAT-exempt invoices for deliveries to countries outside the EU • Margin scheme (§ 25a UStG) for second-hand goods, works of art, and collector's items and antiques: invoices without separately stated VAT and with the required note. The purchase price is recorded internally per item, and the app uses it to calculate the margin and the VAT it contains for reports and the DATEV export • Your client's VAT ID now appears on invoices and quotes whenever it is stored • Separate delivery address: an invoice can now carry its own delivery address, shown in the PDF and in the e-invoice • France: invoices include the new mandatory details of the e-invoicing reform (client SIREN, delivery address, type of transactions, “TVA sur les débits” option) and meet the current French validation rules for Factur-X Polish • Status changes such as issuing, marking as paid or locking now fade over visibly instead of switching abruptly • When switching between gross and net, the amounts on the dashboard and in reports roll to their new values and the bars grow or shrink along • In the chart, tap or hover with the mouse to see the month's income and expenses • On iPhone, a short haptic confirms important steps such as issuing, recording a payment, locking and saving a receipt • VoiceOver announces when an invoice has been issued, a payment recorded or an expense saved or locked • With "Reduce Motion" turned on in Accessibility, changes simply fade Improvements • Peppol export: credit notes now follow the Peppol standard and are created as a credit note (CreditNote) instead of an invoice • Peppol export: sender and recipient are now addressed by their Peppol identifier, such as the VAT ID or, for German authorities, the Leitweg ID, instead of the email address, which the Peppol network does not accept. Cancellation invoices and corrected invoices for customers abroad now also follow the Peppol standard • Invoices and quotes: the selected status filter stays visible even when no document matches it, and resets with one tap • Clients and catalog: when a search finds nothing, you now see a matching hint instead of the prompt to add your first entry • E-invoices and Swiss QR bills: for clients with a country in their address, street, postcode and city now appear correctly in the buyer address

New: expenses and receipts • Capture receipts by photo, scan, PDF or e-invoice, on the Mac also by drag and drop, on iPhone and iPad via "Open in" from Mail or Files • The app reads supplier, amount, date, invoice number, VAT rates, VAT ID and IBAN right on your device, you just check and save • Incoming e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Factur-X, Peppol) are read directly and shown in a readable view • Import many receipts at once, duplicates are flagged • Suppliers with their details, added right from the receipt if you like • Payment status with due dates, open and overdue expenses at a glance • Originals are stored safely in your iCloud, deleted expenses go to the trash first Overview and export • Dashboard with expenses and "income minus expenses" • New reports by month, quarter or year, also by category • Export for your accountant: package with all originals (ZIP) and journal (CSV) • When exporting, you decide whether the expenses get locked. Titles for clients • Clients now have a "Title" field (e.g. Dr. or Prof. Dr.); for companies it applies to the contact person • The title appears in the greeting line ("Dear Dr. Smith,") and, for individuals, also in the name and address on the document • New placeholder {Title} for your own texts and email templates; the DATEV export includes the title in the client master data Net amounts on the dashboard • The dashboard now has a Gross/Net switch at the top • Revenue, outstanding amounts and the revenue trend can then be shown without VAT • Your choice is remembered

Trash for documents • Deleted invoices and quotes go to the trash first and can be restored with one click for 30 days • After that they are removed for good automatically, or right away by hand if you prefer • Restoring is lossless, number and content are kept App lock • The app can now be protected with Face ID, Touch ID or your device code (Settings) • With an adjustable "Lock after" delay; the setting applies per device Confirmation before issuing • Before a document is issued for good (for example when sharing or sending), the app now asks once • So a document number is no longer finalized by accident Clickable placeholders for client texts • Client-specific email templates and document texts now offer clickable placeholders, just like in the settings Also • Corrected invoices now take over the due date of the original invoice, and the date can be adjusted there • Long payment notes (such as the direct debit text) now wrap cleanly on the document, paragraphs are kept • Column headers of the item table are no longer cut off with large fonts • Several dialogs (issuing, offline hint, duplicate warning) are now fully translated

Corrected invoice without cancellation (Sec. 31 (5) German UStDV) • Formal details of an issued invoice can now be corrected without cancelling it: address, service date, references, texts and item descriptions • The app automatically creates a separate correction document referencing the original invoice, the original remains valid and unchanged • For e-invoices, the correction is created directly in the required structured format ("Corrected invoice") • Own number sequence (RB-) with prefix, format and starting number in the settings • Amounts always remain unchanged, for amount corrections cancellation and credit note are still the way to go Multiple service dates per invoice • In addition to date, period and month there is now "Days": individual service days and ranges, e.g. "3, 5, 10-12 and 30 August 2026" • The days appear in the PDF info block and in the e-invoice Info block optionally right-aligned • Under Design & Stationery, the info block (invoice number, date etc.) can be aligned to the right table edge • The default remains the familiar DIN 5008 position Five new fonts • Lato, Montserrat, Open Sans, Raleway and Roboto are now built right into the app • Like all fonts without downloading from the internet, your documents stay completely offline New placeholders for document texts and emails • {Monat}, {Jahr} and {Leistungszeitraum} are now available in header/footer texts and email templates • Month and year follow the document date, ideal for recurring invoices ("Maintenance {Monat} {Jahr}") Also • Fixed: On the Mac, the invoice detail view could reload permanently and swallow clicks • Links between an invoice and its correction document no longer stack up the navigation, one tap on Back takes you straight to the list again

Invoice individual quote items • In a quote, you now choose which items go on the invoice, the rest stays open • The quote shows the progress ("2 of 3 items invoiced") including the open remainder and then offers "Invoice remaining items" directly • Once everything is invoiced, the quote counts as converted to an invoice as usual Hide table columns in the PDF • Under Design & Stationery, the item number, quantity, unit, unit price and VAT rate can be hidden individually • Description and total always remain visible, hidden columns give their space to the description Invoice paid in cash • When marking as paid, you can now choose "Paid in cash" • The document states the cash payment, including in the e-invoice Custom document texts per customer • Header and footer text can now be stored per customer and take precedence over the general texts • New documents pick up the texts automatically, if you enter nothing you still get the previous ones Work faster in the invoice list • Swiping left or right marks an invoice as paid or unpaid, duplicates or deletes it Starting numbers for customers and items • The next customer and item number can be set in the settings, handy when switching from other software • Numbers already in use are skipped automatically Also • Status chips now sit on their own row in the lists, number and amount no longer wrap on iPhone • Free-text items no longer consume an item number

Custom email templates for sending documents • Subject and text of the email can now be defined yourself, generally in the invoice settings • In addition, each customer can have their own template, which takes precedence over the general one • New placeholders {DocumentType}, {Number}, {Amount}, {Date} and {DueDate} complement the familiar customer placeholders • If you enter nothing, you still get exactly the previous texts Service period as a whole month • Next to "date" and "period", the editor now offers the mode "month" with a month and year picker • The document then shows "August 2026" instead of "01/08/2026 - 31/08/2026" New numbering token {N} • Inserts the running number without leading zeros, for example {YY}{MM}{DD}{N} for a counter that resets daily Also • The footer text now sits above the GiroCode and in the regular text color, so the closing line reads as part of the letter • New app icon with its own dark and tinted variant for macOS 26 and iOS 26
