This update brings two big changes: • New Box Breathing level. Level 2 now traces a square in the classic 4-4-4-4 breathing rhythm — inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Follow the ball with your gaze and let your breath sync to its motion. • Completely ad-free. We removed all advertising and tracking. CalmTracking is now genuinely free, with no banners, no interruptions, and no third-party data collection. Plus a quieter background: difficulty now scales correctly across all iPhone screen sizes, gaze tracking is more accurate after calibration, and the app has been thoroughly rebuilt under the hood for stability.
