Live support, reimagined • Ask a question and get an answer in seconds: the new support assistant lists the eSIM plans that fit your destination and trip length right away. • Tap a suggested plan to open it inside the app; you decide when to buy. • Reach a real person whenever you want; our team picks up the conversation where it left off. • Chat now slides up as a panel: swipe it down to keep browsing, then return with the "Support active" button in the corner. • Your previous conversations are one tap away. • Write in your own language; translation is automatic. Also: the supported-countries list scrolls properly, and plan cards and the support menu got a polish.

• Fixed one-tap eSIM installation. The install link now opens your phone's eSIM screen with the correct details. • Couldn't install right after buying? You can now install any eSIM later from the "My eSIMs" screen. • Manual setup now shows all three values your phone asks for — SM-DP+ address, activation code and confirmation code — separately and ready to copy. • The QR code no longer opens by itself. Show it with one tap when you're installing onto someone else's phone. • The home screen now shows remaining data and remaining days together.
