The simplicity is the beauty of this app. It’s easy to set up your different routines. Then just a few taps and clicks during workouts to track weight and reps. I used to skip tracking because it was so cumbersome to log in my notes. Other apps are subscription based and have so many features, bells and whistles that I don’t want and don’t need. This is just so easy and quick to use during my workouts. Also love that i can actually read it without my readers!

App that does what it says. Logs my workout easily. Bonus points for not being full of menus and spreadsheets, and for not hassling me to subscribe to stuff I don’t want.Oh. And lifted 8 F1 Race cars this morning. That felt cool. 😂
