Honest Reviews Yall Wont Say
How you gonna instantly charge to use an app, what if someone just wanted one wallpaper ? Every single second “promos” pop up making you thinking you’re saving money but it’s all BS, the selections are very limited as well, just a whole scam to force people to get a membership or pay for coins, at least offer a trial or some free tester templates to get people hooked, nobody wants to risk spending money on an app that just another copy and paste AI tool using app
Developer Response
We’re sorry that the app’s pricing prompts and limited free access made you feel pressured to pay. We understand that someone who only wants to create one wallpaper may not want to commit to a subscription, and that frequent promotions can be frustrating when the available options don’t meet expectations. Your feedback about clearer pricing, trial access, free templates, promotional messaging, and the variety of selections is important to us. We’ll review these areas and work to make the experience more transparent and useful. If you had a problem with a purchase or need assistance, please contact our customer support through the app or our official support channel with the relevant details.
A scam! A lie!
Simmy:(
Not everyone has money like that. If you are going to give the option to just buy coins instead of getting a full subscription and it doesn’t work and you still have to pay for the subscription itself that is honestly just a waste of money. If the app doesn’t have that function it should be firmly stated in the app itself. So definitely fix that😐
Developer Response
We’re sorry that the coin and subscription options were unclear and that this made you feel you wasted your money. We understand that not everyone wants or can afford a full subscription, and any limitations on using coins should be clearly explained in the app before purchase. We’ll review the purchase flow and improve the wording so the requirements are more transparent. If you purchased coins or a subscription and couldn’t use the feature as expected, please contact our customer support through the app or our official support channel with the relevant purchase details. We’ll investigate and do our best to help.
Beware
karivico
You need to buy a weekly subscription of $4.99 or higher. PLUS coins that cost MORE money in order to generate anything! Unfortunately I got the $7.99 week thinking I could generate as many as I wanted. But NO! You get a free one and after that you need to buy coins.
Developer Response
We’re sorry that the subscription and coin system wasn’t clear and that your experience was frustrating. We understand how disappointing it is to purchase a weekly subscription expecting unlimited generations and then be asked to use additional coins. The subscription includes a specified number of generations or coins, while additional generations may require extra coins. We’ll review how this information is presented to make it clearer before purchase. Please contact our support team through the app or our official support channel with your purchase details so we can review your case and help. For refund requests, you can also contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
