OUR NEW FEATURE IS HERE: THE CALENDAR Every day in football has a story. The new calendar shows you which one. Club anniversaries from hundreds of teams across 14 leagues, the opening dates of the great stadiums and every derby coming up, all in one place. Who turns 100 today? Which rivalry is on this weekend, and where did it actually come from? Each derby comes with the full story behind it, from the shipyard feud on the Thames to the students who once founded Slavia Prague. Milestone anniversaries get a golden frame so you never miss the special days. And when a ground has its birthday, one tap takes you straight to it. - Derbies now stand out with their own colour, based on the importance of the fixture. - New: stadium anniversaries. Over 270 grounds with opening dates, including stadium photo and a direct link to the ground. - Milestone anniversaries from 25 years get a golden frame. - Added club anniversaries for the Greek Super League. Matches - Many more historical fixtures: top leagues from the 2021/22 to 2024/25 seasons added. - Ground search now also matches club names. Fixes - The date format on the match card now follows your setting. - Check-ins on other profiles were sorted incorrectly.

Improvements and bug fixes - Adding a match: when you add a missing match, you can now choose between league, cup and friendly. Matchday and cup round are saved along with it, and friendlies are matched automatically. - If a match has no stadium, you'll see it right in the search – and you can add it during check-in, including creating a new one. - Competition search: cup competitions are now found reliably. - Club badges now look consistent throughout the app. - Share and add buttons in the match view are grouped in the top right.

Improvements in this version: - Match search fixed: matches found via search now open reliably with full details - club crests, stadium and kickoff time. - Thousands of matches now have their stadium assigned so they appear in nearby search and check-in reminders work for them too. - Other users' profiles cleaned up and easier to read. - Minor text corrections and bug fixes.

What's new: - Check-in reminders: The app now reliably reminds you to check in when you arrive at a stadium and the check-in window opens – even when the app is closed. We ask once for "Always" location access; your location never leaves your device. - Cleaner fixtures: More compact match view with short team names, Matches/Table switcher in the header, and the correct season selected by default. - Better profiles: Other users' profiles now show the same stat cards as your own – including the world map. "Last match", "Last ground" and "Last badge" are now based on match date, not when you added the check-in. - Search fixed: Match search now handles both team names at once (e.g. "Hamburg Mainz"), and special characters work everywhere. - Lots of polish: Date format setting applies everywhere, improved keyboard and date picker behavior, various bug fixes.

Improvements & Bug Fixes - Fix location: You can now drag and drop the pin on the stadium map – or simply search for an address instead. - My Grounds: Imported stadiums are now grouped correctly. No more duplicate entries. - Ground data: Merged hundreds of duplicate stadiums and corrected their locations. - Venues: Reworked the venues for the 2026 World Cup and for friendly matches. - Minor design tweaks and performance improvements.

Reworked the tickets section: your own offer now appears clearly at the bottom – with edit and delete right below it, and all other offers on top. Plus smaller improvements and bug fixes.

New: Ticket Swap Got a spare ticket, or looking for one? You can now offer tickets for any match and connect with fellow groundhoppers right inside the app. See at a glance which games have tickets available, message an offerer with a single tap, and manage your own offers anytime under Settings. Major safety and privacy improvements: - Fixed the report function — submitting reports now works reliably - Blocking is now fully enforced: – Blocked users can no longer message or contact you – They can't see your profile, check-ins or activity – They no longer appear in search or suggestions – Existing friendships and follows are automatically removed on block – No more notifications from blocked users - Blocked profiles display clearly with a quick unblock option - Various stability improvements

Fixtures: matches are now tappable, jumping directly to the match detail view with stadium navigation in Apple or Google Maps. "Matches Nearby" redesigned: location moved to the top with its own section, address search expands inline below. Filters (date, range, league, radius) as compact dropdown bubbles. Radius extended up to 300 km. Match cards: no more gray logo placeholders for clubs without crests, long team names wrap to two lines instead of being truncated. Pin editor for your imported grounds: keyboard no longer covers the search field. The "Location missing" hint disappears immediately after saving. Comments sheet: keyboard stays open while typing instead of dismissing after every character. Stadium detail view: navigation icon integrated directly into the stadium card. This version brings smooth swiping between main sections like Feed, Nearby Matches and Profile – just like you know it from Instagram. We've completely reworked the comments and likes sheets: they now adjust in height and feel as fluid as native apps. We've also added the German regional cup finals 2025/26, so you can check in to your match of choice on Amateur Final Day, May 23, 2026. Plus plenty of smaller improvements under the hood.
