With that in mind, there are changes we thought the app needed to make sure you can see your improvements clearly: New: Secure Path (formerly Secure Score) Progress is best seen when you know where you land on a path, and Secure Path is now just that. A visualization of how your progress to secure is going, how your Attachment, Regulation and Connection are moving, along with a new Journey view where you can see all your daily entries and give yourself some credit for how far you've come! Secure Score, reimagined Your Secure Score is no longer a percentage. It's now a five-stage scale (Rooting → Finding Ground → Steadying → Opening → In Bloom) that grows with you. It now reflects everything you do in the app: Resets, Ground Me check-ins, and Secure Send, not just your last journal entry. A calmer Home screen A redesigned Home screen puts your daily reframe front and center, with a new pinned header that greets you by time of day and keeps Settings one tap away. Reset reflections that feel more honest After completing a Reset, you'll now see what actually shifted: Rising, Steadying, Softer, or Noted, instead of raw percentages that could feel arbitrary after just one entry. This isn't a journal anymore Secure Space is now built around one core practice: the Reset - a 6-step guided exercise that takes you from triggered to grounded. You don't write entries. You do Resets. Each one builds the pattern of responding instead of reacting, one moment at a time. I Got Triggered — rebuilt from the ground up The biggest update yet. When something activates you, tap "I Got Triggered" and you'll be guided through three steps: name what happened and how you feel, reflect on whether you responded or reacted, then breathe with secure anchors chosen for your exact emotional state. When you're ready, one tap carries everything into a full Reset — your trigger text already filled in. Smarter grounding Anchors now match your specific trigger, not just your general mood. Type "they didn't reply" and the app finds anchors built for exactly that moment. Cleaner home screen Reset and I Got Triggered sit side by side — two tools, two moments, always one tap away. A few refinements to make journaling feel smoother: • The emotion picker is easier to browse — emotions are now grouped by category and sorted light to dark so you can find the right one faster. • The reframe library now has collections and intent filters, so you're not scrolling through everything at once. • Text fields now expand naturally as you write instead of staying fixed. • Milestone badges in the Progress tab now show a short description of what each one means.

Meet Bloom — your new companion throughout the app. Bloom guides you through onboarding and reacts to how you're doing. Redesigned journal cards and entry detail view for a cleaner, easier reading experience. Growth Signals now show real examples from your own entries. Pattern insights on home are now swipeable. Ground Me anchors are personalized to your recent emotions. For Pro users on iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence: Secure Space now uses Apple's on-device language model to generate personalized reframes directly from your journal entries — privately, entirely on your device.
