HousePin is an offline-first property inspection app built for modern residential inspection workflows. It helps inspectors organize properties, levels, floor plans, findings, recommendations, evidence photos, and final reports in one clear system. Whether you are performing a buyer inspection, a maintenance check, or a new construction walkthrough, HousePin keeps the inspection structured from the first walkthrough note to the final export.
Create a property, add its levels, attach floor plans, and start an inspection with the mode that fits the job. Record findings with category, result, severity, room or area context, detailed notes, recommendations, and evidence photos. If a level has a floor plan, findings can also be placed visually so the final record is easier to understand for clients, owners, and contractors.
HousePin is designed to make reports easier to read and inspections easier to manage. Instead of losing details across scattered notes and photos, you keep everything connected to the right property, level, inspection, and finding. The app also gives you clear summary groupings for Major / Safety, Repair, Monitor, and Not Inspected items, so important issues are easy to surface during review and follow-up.
