- Reading Calendar display options — tap the mode selector to switch between Compact and Covers. In Covers mode, a new settings button lets you choose between Stacked covers (fan effect) or Single cover (most recent book shown at full size, with a +N badge when multiple books are active on the same day).

Add your own book covers — pick an image from your files or take a photo with your camera to personalize any book in your library.

A fresh new app icon greets you on your home screen. Sort your books your way — by title, author, date added, last action, rating, or page count. Each tab remembers its own preference between sessions. Active filters now appear as a summary bar above your book list, so you always know what's applied. Tap to adjust, or clear filters one by one. Reading date editing is now smarter: the app prevents inconsistencies between your start date, finish date, and recorded progress. Your reading history is now fully editable — add, correct, or remove progress entries directly from a book's timeline. On iPad and desktop, the Statistics tab now uses a two-column layout for a more comfortable reading experience.

Statistics tab A full reading dashboard is now the third tab in the app — reading calendar, library breakdown, pages-read chart, period-filtered stat cards, all-time genre donut chart, and a reading history timeline. Tap any stat card to see the relevant books. Per-book reading history The book detail screen now includes a timeline of all your reading events for that book. Autocomplete in bulk edit Author and Genre fields now suggest values from your library when editing multiple books at once. Dropped books A new chip on the book detail screen shows how many pages you read before dropping a book. Tap it to adjust the count.

Track what you own, lend, and borrow — v9 adds ownership status to every book (Borrowed, Lent, Returned, For sale, Sold), with an optional person and date. Reading dates are now editable directly from the book form and the detail screen.

Select multiple books at once and edit them in bulk: status, shared details, collections, series, or reading stack — with a single confirmation. The startup tab setting now offers a third option: Reading Stack, alongside Books and Collections.

Three new features in v7. Track your reading progress page by page. A slider on the book detail screen updates your percentage live. Hit milestones at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 90% for animated toasts — reach the last page and confetti fires from the cover. Quick Scan mode in the ISBN scanner lets you add books without any confirmation step. Pick your target collections once, then scan at full speed. Duplicates are silently skipped. Mark a book as Dropped — for reads you started but set aside, tracked separately from your other statuses.
