Either way you file it yourself; nothing is ever sent to the FDA on your behalf. NEW — Optional: help count real-world combinations Which skincare and medication combinations people actually use together isn't recorded anywhere — reactions are only counted after someone is harmed. You can now contribute a de-identified record of the categories involved. It's off by default, takes one tap, and stores nothing that identifies you: no photo, no name, no brand, and not the medication you typed. FIXED - Photos chosen from your library sometimes failed to analyse. iPhone photos are now converted automatically before upload. - Sharing a PDF could fail with a file access error. - Assorted fixes to layout and readability throughout the reporting flow.
