Just take a photo of your meal and our AI identifies each food and estimates the sodium content. FEATURES • AI Meal Scanner Take a photo of your food. Our AI recognizes each item and estimates the sodium. For safety, estimates lean toward higher values. Review the results, make any edits, and save to your log. • Manual Food Entry Search our database of common foods. Filter by category like meats, seafood, dairy, grains, or condiments. Tap any food to see sodium info and add it to your log. • Daily Progress See your sodium intake easily. A color-coded progress ring shows how close you are to your daily limit. • Customizable Limit Set a daily sodium limit that fits your needs. Choose anywhere from 1,000 mg to 4,000 mg. The default is 2,300 mg, based on general health guidelines. • Streak Tracking Stay motivated with streaks. See how many consecutive days you've stayed under your limit. Track your current streak and your longest streak. • Weekly Charts View your sodium intake over the past four weeks. A simple bar chart helps you see patterns and stay consistent. • Monthly Calendar See your progress by month. Green days mean low sodium. Red days mean high. Tap any date to view or edit your entries. • Meal Reminders Set reminders for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Notifications help you remember to log your meals. High sodium intake is linked to high blood pressure and heart disease. Whether you're managing hypertension, protecting your kidneys, or simply eating healthier, Sodium Ace helps you reach your health goals. There is an optional Premium subscription for unlimited access. The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the current period ends. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Account Settings.
