New in this version: • Reason and business partner: add who you visited or what each business trip was for. • Change log in the PDF: corrections to trips appear in the report with their old and new values. • Continuous log per vehicle: odometer readings carry on per vehicle. Please compare them with your odometer regularly. • Commute with a default distance rate of €0.38 per km of commuting distance (German setting), adjustable in Settings. • Checksum per export: each export gets a checksum that lets you check later whether the file was changed. • Privacy and security improvements. Whether a tax authority accepts your records is decided case by case; Route2Bee is not tax advice.

Complete data export as a file, more privacy for route previews and clearer wording in invitations and mileage reports. Also fixed: trip times past midnight and on daylight-saving days, signing out while offline, duplicate recurring trips.

Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. • On first launch we ask you once to confirm the new terms. One tap. • Now covered: the free trial, the referral program, and which emails we send you — with an unsubscribe link in every one. • Made clear: if you delete your account, we delete everything. Export your mileage log first if you still need it.

A small update. • When setting up the app, you can now tell us with one tap how you found Route2Bee. Optional — and it helps us understand where people discover us. • Privacy policy updated: it now also explains that we analyze where an install came from internally only and never share it.

Year-end exports you can rely on. • DATEV: The export is now a complete DATEV booking batch your accountant can import directly. Enter your consultant and client number once under Settings → Accounting. • Lexoffice: One tap creates a finished self-issued receipt for your mileage allowance as a PDF — just upload it to Lexware Office. • PDF logbook: odometer reading at the start and end of every trip, plus a usage-share overview (business, commute, private). • Trips without a purpose no longer end up in your books unchecked — the app shows you what still needs classifying before you export.

Your first month of Premium is now free. Once your 20 free trips are used up, you can try Premium free for a month — unlimited trips, PDF and DATEV export, and automatic background recording. After that the subscription continues monthly and can be cancelled any time in the App Store. Also in this update: the route previews in your trip list were covered by an overlay from the map service. Route2Bee now draws the route itself — the preview is clear again, and no coordinate leaves your device for it.

Trip report straight from the plus menu • "Create trip report" now reliably produces a finished PDF – previously the menu item could end without a result. More accurate distances • Trips start at the parking spot again instead of partway down the road. The stretch before the first GPS fix is no longer discarded – with a lot of short trips, that adds up. • Start and arrival times now always match the duration shown. • If the system shuts the app down in the background, the trip in progress is still saved in full.
