New in 2.6.0 Private collections: clients and models can now keep their own photos in Proof, right next to the collections their photographer delivers. Add photos from your photo library, Files, your own Dropbox or Google Drive, or a Dropbox link from any photographer. Only you can see them. Reorder, rename and download them like any other collection, and connect Dropbox or Google Drive to back them up. Proof now opens with its logo animation every time. Plus fixes and improvements.

Apple: Sign in with Apple (Guideline 4, Design) Rejection: 2.5.0 (27), reviewed on an iPad Air 11-inch (M3). Apple's Sign in with Apple button must be clearly identifiable as a button. Cause: the sign-in screen showed three bare logos (Google, Apple, email) with no outline, fill or label. Fix: each option is now a black rounded-square tile with a thin white edge and a white mark, 48pt on iPhone and 56pt on iPad. Unchanged: what each tile does. The Google G is the official one, and the Apple logo stays white on black. Files: app/(auth)/sign-in.tsx, components/AuthIcons.tsx. The old bare icons were deleted. Client picks • Every collection now shows how many photos your client saved, and a Picks only switch narrows the grid to just those. Staying signed in • If your sign-in ever expires, Proof takes you straight back to sign in instead of quietly showing "Not Synced". Everything on your phone stays. • A new lock screen when you open the app with a PIN set. Invoices • A payment your client has recorded is never undone by editing the invoice. • Editing a sent invoice now says Save Changes or Save & Send. Clients and sharing • Send Invites texts each contact on their own, so replies stay private. • Access codes are longer and harder to guess, and a revoked code stays revoked. • Signed model releases keep the exact wording that was signed. Reliability • Changes made on another phone can no longer remove your photos, clients, or collections by mistake. • Large galleries scroll faster, and saving photos to your phone is more dependable. • Clearer messages when you are offline or something fails. • Deleting your account now removes your login and disconnects Dropbox and Google Drive.

Google Drive • Import a collection straight from Google Drive — browse, pick, and deliver without moving files around first. • Clients can save a delivered collection to their own Google Drive or Dropbox, either the whole gallery or just the photos they picked. Dashboard • Needs Attention shows what is actually waiting on you — collections ready to deliver, releases to sign, and the soonest unconfirmed booking, each one named. • Notices for a signed release or a new client stay put until you tap them, and clear across every device you use. Fixes • Photos keep their collection when syncing, so nothing lands loose. • Deleting a client, collection, or photo no longer fails. • Editing your account details now reaches your clients, so they always see your current phone number. • Pull to refresh no longer swaps the screen out for a spinner. • More room for the dashboard and type scale on iPad.

BPapp is now Proof. Bug fixes and improvements.
