Annotation export everywhere Export annotation PDF reports directly from image and PDF items, not just video. The export button in the player is always available now — share a PDF report, a QuickTime (H.265) with burnt-in notes, or a single-frame snapshot at any time. 360° & Panorama Viewing Panoramic photos now open in an immersive viewer — look around by moving your iPad or dragging, pinch to zoom, and switch between sphere and cylinder projections. Your annotations can be shown right inside the view, and you can blend in a live camera feed. Virtual Set (AR) On supported iPads, step inside a panorama with augmented reality. Real people stay in the shot, and on LiDAR models a portal-distance slider keeps nearby objects real while the panorama replaces the background — with a projected ground floor to stand on. Playlist Ordering Sort your playlists by name, date added, or recently updated — or choose Manual and drag them into exactly the order you want. Fixes & polish Panorama projection improvements and various refinements.

Press and hold the step buttons to move frame-by-frame continuously. Smoother scrubbing — one finger for fine control, two fingers to jump across the whole clip. Playback controls now stay visible while playing.

Bug Fixes - Photos library import now includes still images — previously only videos were selectable. - Double-tapping an image in the player detail view now opens it fullscreen, consistent with video behaviour. - Fullscreen image viewer controls no longer auto-hide, ensuring the close button is always reachable. - Entering draw or text mode in the image viewer now forces the toolbar visible so you can always exit annotation mode. Scene Cut Detection - Tap the new scissors button in the player to automatically detect hard cuts in any video clip. - Detected cuts appear as cyan tick marks on the timeline alongside existing annotation ticks (yellow). - Use the new cyan navigation arrows on the timeline to jump between detected shots. - Open the filmstrip panel to see a thumbnail for every detected shot, interleaved with annotated frames. - Filter the filmstrip by All, Annotations only, or Scene cuts only using the icon buttons in the panel header. - Detection results are saved with each clip and restored automatically when you return to it. - Long-press the scissors button to clear all detected cuts for the current clip.

What's New in 1.8 - Annotated Frame Browser — A new filmstrip panel lets you quickly browse all annotated frames in a clip. Tap the film strip icon in the player toolbar to open it — each frame shows a thumbnail, timecode, and annotation summary. Tap any frame to jump to it instantly. - Clip Name on All Exports — The clip filename is now burnt into every frame of QuickTime, Snapshot, and PDF exports so clients always know which shot they're reviewing. - Keep Screen Awake — New setting to prevent the iPad from sleeping during review sessions. Found in Settings → Playback, enabled by default. - Annotation Badges — Playlists and media items now show a green badge with the total number of annotated frames in the sidebar.

What's New in 1.6 - Snapshot Export — Export the current frame as a full-resolution PNG with color correction, LUT, drawings, text annotations, and timecode burnt in. Available alongside PDF and QuickTime in the export menu. - Annotation Badges — Media items now show a green badge with the number of annotated frames directly in the sidebar. Playlists also show the total annotation count across all clips at a glance. - Export Improvements — Overlay text and timecode now scale correctly across all video resolutions and aspect ratios, including portrait, square, and 4K footage.
