Your phone's contacts, in one pass. • Import from the contacts already on your phone. Choose the ones that belong in your book — nothing is copied until you say so. • Who's Nearby now tells you how near, and the chip row stays put instead of growing down the screen. • A reply carries what its thread was about, so a threaded conversation reads as one thing. • Reports no longer treat a test message as a live enquiry, and an image that could not load stops pretending it might. • Faster to get where you are going: the Field Log, Reports, The Trail, your contacts and the Reserve directories all open straight from a link.

Join and subscribe without leaving the app. • Create a RepBud account on your phone. A six-digit code arrives by email and confirms it on the spot. • Choose your cabin in the app. Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class are available through your Apple Account, with the term and the price in your own currency shown before you confirm. Restore Purchases is there if you change phone. • Put a face to a name. Anyone can upload a profile picture now, and it shows on your connections and in the directories. • Integrations are clearer about what they can do. A sync that cannot read a provider no longer clears the data it already had, connecting one provider does not overwrite another's credentials, and a provider that is not yet supported says so instead of failing quietly. • A mileage trip survives leaving the screen. • A connection request says who is asking.

A tidier book, sharper intelligence, and steadier reports. • Park a client you're not working with and bring them back when you are. Current and Past lists keep your book tidy, and parked clients stop being offered for new work. • The Lantern reads your mail more carefully — real due dates, true interaction dates, and threads matched on who is actually in them. What it learns from an email now stays attached to the interaction. • Reports you generate on your phone arrive readable, drawing on the right client's tasks. RepBud reads the merchant, date and total, and you can split one receipt across several clients — that shared lunch finally lands on the right books. • Live mileage tracking. Start a trip and RepBud measures the distance while you drive, even with your phone in your pocket, then turns it into a mileage claim at HMRC or SARS rates. Tracking runs only while a trip is running, and stops the moment you tap Stop. • Reconnect — host meetings and webinars with your trade partners, straight from RepBud. • The Lantern is sharper: it no longer mixes up contacts from different companies, you can correct a match yourself, and it recognises notes from RepBud meetings. • Plus a long list of fixes across the Brief, Companies, Clients and social posts — and deleting your account now removes your data properly. WHY THIS BUILD USES BACKGROUND LOCATION RepBud is a CRM for travel-industry sales reps, who drive to client sites and claim the mileage against tax. "Track mileage" (More > Revenue > Track mileage) records the distance of a trip the user starts explicitly, so it can be turned into a mileage claim at the official HMRC / SARS rates. Background location is required because the phone is in a pocket or on a dash mount for the length of the drive; a foreground-only measurement would stop recording the moment the screen locks and the claim would be wrong. Location is collected ONLY between the user tapping "Agree and start tracking" and tapping "Stop". It is not collected at any other time, it is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties. iOS shows the blue background-location indicator throughout (showsBackgroundLocationIndicator is enabled). HOW TO TEST BACKGROUND LOCATION 1. Sign in with the demo account. 2. More > Revenue > Track mileage. 3. Choose a company and vehicle, tap "Start trip". 4. A disclosure screen explains what is collected; tap "Agree and start tracking" and allow location. 5. Background the app and simulate movement (Xcode > Debug > Simulate Location, or walk/drive a short distance). The distance increases. 6. Return to the app and tap "Stop & review" — the trip is priced at the mileage rate and saved to the user's books. CAMERA The camera is used for two things: capturing a business card (existing), and photographing a receipt so an expense can be logged in Revenue (new in this build). The purpose string has been updated to cover both. REVENUE AND RECONNECT Both are RepBud features rendered in an embedded web view on our own domains (revenue.repbud.app, reconnect.repbud.app), signed in with the same account — they are not external browsers or third-party services. ACCOUNT DELETION Profile > Delete Account removes the account and its data (Guideline 5.1.1(v)).

Discovery, connections, and polish: • Find fellow members of the Reserve — the RepBuddies and Reps directories list people again, and Who's Nearby shows members who've chosen to be visible at an event, by name. • Pending connection requests now show who they're from. • Respond to a meeting request right in the app — accept it, or suggest a time that suits you better. • Meeting times show in your own timezone, clearly labelled. • A refreshed Watering Hole, clearer profile setup, and a fix for a navigation issue where tapping a tab could leave you on the wrong screen.

This update brings improvements to contacts and profile sharing: • Contact search now matches on full names — type a first and last name together and the right person comes up. • Edit a contact's company directly from their detail screen. • More reliable profile sharing — your RepBud handle stays consistent when you forward your profile to someone. • Smoother sign-in — the password field no longer auto-capitalises. • Stability and behind-the-scenes improvements.

This update makes RepBud smoother and more capable: Smarter, more accurate contact matching — when you log a voice note, RepBud now recognises when a spoken name is close to one of your contacts (e.g. a slightly misheard name) and asks "Did you mean…?" so you can confirm with one tap. You can also correct a name on the spot or pick from suggested matches. Attach several people to one note — when a meeting or stand involves more than one contact, you can now add them all to the same Field Note instead of just one. Who's Nearby improvements — your location now shows as a recognisable area rather than a precise spot, and "last seen" timing means contacts can tell how recent it is. If you travel, RepBud helps you keep it accurate. Typing is easier everywhere — the keyboard no longer covers the field you're working in when adding contacts, editing notes, composing emails, or filling out any form. Email signatures now send correctly — your custom or pasted signature is included properly when you send mail from RepBud. Stability fixes — resolved several issues that could interrupt you, including in team management and meeting follow-ups. Polish and refinements throughout. Thanks for using RepBud.
