• Voice input follows the language you speak. Tap the small language label next to the mic to pick any language. • Fixed an issue where the home screen could stop responding after opening the app.

• Voice input is sharper: after you speak, a second pass cleans up the transcript, in any language. • Paste what you copied with one tap, and use any dictation keyboard you like.

• Fixed a Lock Screen banner that could say apps were blocked when nothing was. • The focus-plan card now tells you when Screen Time access or an app list is still missing.

• A clearer way to start Pro, and a heads-up notification before it renews. • Onboarding polish.

Unfreeze is now a screen-time blocker first. • Your focus plan sits at the top of the home screen: start a block, take a break, or turn your schedule on in one tap. • New Lock Screen Live Activity and home-screen widget show the running block and the time left. • The shield you see when opening a blocked app has a new look and tells you when the block ends. • Splash screen now matches the app icon. • Smaller fixes and polish. Thank you for using Unfreeze.

New features and reliability improvements. • Blocks now cover distracting websites too, not just apps. • Each schedule can have its own custom app list. • Schedule locking is hardened: schedules now stay locked during breaks and mid-window, including Gentle mode — a running break is the only sanctioned way to unlock. • The 2-week free trial is now visible on the plans screen. • Firm mode's break wait now resets every day instead of carrying over from the day before. • Refreshed app icon. • Fixed a scheduling edge case that could weaken an overlapping Deep Focus block. • Onboarding no longer forgets a re-picked block difficulty if setup gets interrupted. • Smaller fixes to the paywall, the home-screen widget, session timers, and Sit with me. Thank you for using Unfreeze.

Blocking you can actually lean on. • Recurring schedules — set focus hours that repeat on the days you pick, including overnight windows, with a heads-up before each one starts. • Guided setup — a few quick questions build your first blocking plan for you. • Timed breaks — step away for a few minutes and blocking resumes on its own. Changed your mind? Tap "End break now" to get straight back to focus. • Three levels of firmness — Gentle, Firm, and Deep Focus, which has no early exit by design. • Reliability fixes so a block always lifts exactly when it should, even if the app was closed while it ran.

New: Sit with me — a calm, free focus companion. No prompts, no pressure. Just a quiet creature by a little hearth that keeps you company while you work, and grows warmer the longer you stay. Also in this update: • The companion reacts when you tilt your phone • A smoother, better-anchored landscape mode • Softer sounds and a gentler glow • Small fixes throughout

A complete redesign. • Two looks that follow your day: pale "First light" in daylight, deep glacial "Thaw" at night. Switches automatically with the clock, or set your own in Settings → Appearance. • A calmer step screen: bigger, quieter typography so your next tiny action is the only thing in front of you. • New color system: meltwater blue by day, aurora green at night — for buttons, progress, and your streak. • Redesigned Lock Screen widget and Live Activity to match. • Small fixes and polish throughout.

New in this version: • A gentle walkthrough. It quietly shows you how each piece works. Skip it if you like, or bring the tips back anytime from Settings. • Brown noise, everywhere. Pause or play your focus sound from any screen, not just the warm-up ritual. • Sharper steps. Your next step now leads with the action and tells you how small it really is ("10 seconds"). • Fixes — steps now always reply in the language you wrote in.

This update makes Unfreeze's tiny steps even better: • Smarter suggestions — every step is now one small, concrete physical action with nothing to decide first • Warmer tone — steps read like a text from a friend, not a to-do list • Better language support — steps now sound natural in whatever language you write in • Minor layout fixes on smaller screens

A big update focused on getting you unstuck faster and staying that way: • New "Can't stop" mode — for when you're stuck doomscrolling or hyperfocused instead of stuck starting. Get one tiny step to disengage. • "I did it" now offers another tiny next step right on screen, so you can keep momentum going without starting over • New Sprint mode — a short brown-noise timer to power through a task • Park a thought mid-task so a stray idea doesn't derail you, then pick it back up later • Redesigned every screen with a calmer, more minimal look — softer colors, modern icons, clearer buttons • App blocking upgrades: shorter 15-minute sessions, an "allow only these apps" mode, recurring block schedules, and new Timeout/Deep Focus difficulty levels for when you need extra friction to stay off distracting apps • New Lock Screen Live Activity shows your current step and timer at a glance • New "I'm stuck" home-screen widget — one tap opens the app ready to go • Reduce Motion support and more reassuring messages if a step doesn't load

Focus Mode: Block distracting apps during your Unfreeze session so nothing pulls you away once you start. 14-day free trial for Pro — try everything free, no commitment.
