MeetingVault turns your meetings into clear notes you will actually reuse.
Record a meeting with your phone, or bring in an audio file you already have. MeetingVault writes up what was said and pulls out the parts that matter: a short summary, the decisions that were made, who agreed to do what, and anything still open. Weeks later, when you need one detail, ask a question and get an answer that points back to the exact moment in the transcript.
No bot joins your call. Recording happens on your device, and nothing is processed until you choose to send it. Your recordings are encrypted, tied to your account alone, and you can delete any of them whenever you want.

Free to start, no card required. When you need higher monthly limits, Standard and Pro plans are available as subscriptions.
Standard and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your store account. Your plan renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your account settings.

• Background uploads are more reliable. A recording that finishes while the app is in the background now keeps uploading through a network change — moving between Wi-Fi and cellular no longer stops the upload silently until you reopen the app.
