Walking from one checkpoint to the next is now much easier. Smarter navigation - More direct routes: if the map suggests a pointless detour, we look for a better way. - Take a different street and the route updates sooner, without false alarms. - Your position sits steadier on the route, without jumping between buildings. No ads - Out of lives? Get one back for 10 coins. There are no ads in the app any more. Also new - If you install the app from a tour someone shared with you, that tour opens the first time. - Notifications on iPhone arrive even when your phone is slow to register. - If saving your preferences fails when you start, we let you know. For creators - Payout requirements are clear to read and, if your identity needs checking, we tell you what to upload. - If a tour can't be sent for review, you see exactly why.

For players: • The puzzle is now solved by swapping pieces, and game photos are shown in full. • In multiple-choice questions, a right answer now shows up in green as it should. • The tour map follows you as you walk and can be rotated with two fingers. • If location is switched off, the tour explains how to turn it on so your arrival can be logged. • A brand new end-of-tour screen: told scene by scene, and it compares your time with everyone else's. • The closing video now plays, and stop videos fill the whole screen. • New private mode to stay off the ranking, and the ranking shows the full leaderboard. • We let you know when a tour you own is about to leave the catalogue. • Pull down on Home to refresh. • Downloaded tours are more reliable. • You can review your ad preferences in Settings > Permissions > Ads. For tour creators: • Get paid for your tours: pick your country and connect Stripe in three steps, or receive a monthly bank transfer where Stripe isn't available. • New earnings tab with your payout status, your figures and your balance. • Your analytics, now month by month. • The same opening hours for several days at once, extra accepted answers for text questions, a separate image for each game, better address search and a warning before you lose changes. Plus plenty of other fixes to make everything run more smoothly.

This release rebuilds the tour experience from the first second to the last. A tour that opens like a story - Tours now open with their own presentation, title and intro video, with real controls: pause, ten second jumps, sound and a draggable bar. - Every chapter arrives with its own card and a timeline that grows with the walk behind you. - Reaching a checkpoint is a full screen photo or video, with the place card rising in front of it. - Tours have sound: ten effects tied to the moments of the walk, and they respect your phone's silent switch. - Each checkpoint reward now shows how far you are from the next rank. - The end of a tour reads at a glance: your figures, your rank and your pace. Navigation that tells you which way - Turn by turn directions with the street name and the next manoeuvre. - Distance, time and arrival time measured along the walking route, not in a straight line. Tour page - Full bleed cover and a cleaner route block. - The tour language and the number of checkpoints are now shown. - A heart to save a tour to your favourites. Notifications - Redesigned notification list, with category filters, grouping for repeated notices and a warning if you have them switched off in your system settings. - Push notifications arrive when they should. Fixes - Shared tour links and QR codes now open the tour. - Downloaded video and audio no longer come back black or silent when you reopen the app. - Completing a checkpoint no longer shows a network error when it had actually been saved. - Rank shields and badges appear instantly, with no blank gaps. Plus plenty of stability and performance improvements.

What's new: - Footprint: a traveler profile with milestones, streaks and a shareable card. - Save tours as favorites. - New Earnings tab for creators (analytics and payouts). - Apply to the creators program from the app. - Duplicate a tour to publish it in another language. - Redesigned filters and settings. - More reliable share links. - Fixed a blank screen when finishing a tour. Stability and performance improvements.

Creators can now try their tours in demo mode before publishing. We redesigned Settings with help, cache management and support contact, added filters by country, city and language, and introduced colored ranks and new languages. Plus stability improvements and bug fixes.
