Chat is rebuilt around your client conversations. They open first now, and the conversation itself fills the screen instead of sharing it with a panel of booking details. The booking behind the thread — call, directions, the full record — is one tap away from the header when you want it. Each channel now shows which one you are typing in, so a message meant for the client cannot quietly go to dispatch. Availability and time off are one door. The Availability tab holds both: block a slot from one short sheet, or request time off from the same screen and see your requests beside your slots. Work Schedule in your profile is now your weekly hours plus a link to that one door, instead of two places that disagreed about which was in charge. A change you save no longer reports an error when it actually went through. A save is judged by whether the server accepted the write, not by whether the app recognised every field in the reply. A weak signal no longer signs you out. Only a login the server actually refuses ends your session — a dropped connection, a timeout or a server hiccup now leaves you signed in and retries. Work still waiting to sync is counted for you, and anything the app has to drop is announced instead of quietly disappearing, so you can see what is pending and what was removed rather than finding out later. And while the phone is still preparing the reader, the screen says so — the button stays pressable, and a setup that fails offers a Retry rather than going quiet. This release is a round of reliability and clarity fixes. There is no new feature to learn — the changes are in the places where the app used to leave you guessing. When something fails, you now get the reason. Job actions that failed while you were offline, or after your session expired, used to show the same "Something went wrong" as any other error. Now the message names the real cause, so you know whether to retry, reconnect, or sign in again. The sync badge tells you what is stuck. It used to say only "N items pending · issues" — no lane, no count — so a document upload that had failed for good looked exactly like a queue that was merely busy. It now names what failed and how many, and the Sync Center row for it is one tap away. Your unsent message survives a tab switch. Typing a reply in a job's chat and glancing at the other channel used to discard the draft. Client and Internal now keep what you typed until you send it. Photos waiting to upload no longer fill your phone. Queued originals are held at a size limit measured after the copy is made, so a long queue on a bad-signal day cannot quietly take hundreds of megabytes of storage. Double-tapping Upload on Documents no longer submits twice. A quick second tap used to slip through before the first one registered, so the same document could be sent up twice. The button now locks the moment you press it and stays locked while the file chooser opens. Client messaging shows its state honestly. When client chat is not enabled for your account, the Client tab is greyed rather than looking identical to a working one — and it still opens, so the reason is right there instead of being a tap that does nothing. Also in this release: fixes across the upload queue and chat screens, and internal work that does not change what you see.

Photo uploads, rebuilt. A detailed photo from a bright scene could be too large to upload, and the job would sit stuck behind it. That is fixed: the app now measures each photo after preparing it instead of before, so large camera shots go through on the first try. You can see what is waiting. Queued and failed uploads now appear on the screen that owns them — job photos in the photos hub, certificates and documents on the Documents screen. Retry happens right there in the list instead of sending you back through a modal, and an upload that has failed for good is marked clearly so you can discard it and move on. Documents. Certificates can now be submitted as PDFs. A file in a format we cannot accept is refused up front with the reason, instead of appearing to upload and failing later. Finishing a job offline. The finish step and the photos hub now agree about which photos are still missing, and finishing works with no signal — the work queues and sends itself once you are back online. Fewer duplicate messages to customers. Submitting Running Late twice in quick succession no longer sends two notifications; the second is refused on screen. Photo previews. A photo you just took now keeps rendering after it uploads, including when you leave the app and come back, and previews refresh on their own instead of turning into broken tiles. Also in this release: each job has a clear photo limit and the picker offers only as many as will still fit, the Sync Center shows entries for photos removed to free up space, and there are stability fixes across the upload queue.

Revenue, rebuilt. The Revenue tab is now two screens instead of four. Balance shows your next payout, your position in the payout queue, and your money as one running statement you can read top to bottom — every job, adjustment and payout in a single tape instead of four separate summaries that never quite agreed with each other. Jobs keeps the period economics: pick a range, see the totals, export a CSV. Tapping any statement row opens the full detail for that transaction or payout. My Day, simplified. Expanding a booking card now shows information only — the actions stay where you expect them, on the card itself. Sections start closed, so one long job no longer buries the next one, and only one card is open at a time. "Start Job" is now present on every active booking instead of appearing only at certain stages; when a step is not available yet the app tells you why rather than hiding the button. Signing and estimates. The signature step no longer strands you when a signing link fails to load — it falls back through the remaining options and tells you which one it used. When a signing attempt fails, the reason is shown on screen and the step can be retried without restarting the job. Fewer blank screens. A single unreadable record from our servers used to be able to empty an entire list. Lists and detail screens now keep everything they can display and show a short notice about the rest. Screens backed by queued work keep showing your local queue when the server cannot be reached, instead of replacing it with an error page. Messaging. Sending a message now uses the same durable queue as photos and job steps, so a message written with no signal survives an app restart and sends itself once you are back online. Also in this release: stability fixes across booking cards, chat and the sync queue.

Reliability release, focused on taps that used to do nothing and work that used to go missing. Buttons and menus. On iPhone, the "+" button for adding job photos could open nothing at all, and a single dead tap would then stop every later menu in the app, including document upload, until you restarted. That is fixed. The booking "..." menu now opens each item reliably, the self-reschedule date picker appears when you choose that option, and every bottom sheet has a visible way to close it. The Sync Center in particular is no longer a one-way trip. Photos. Retry and Discard now work on queued photos, both in the Sync Center and on the booking's own photo list. Queued photos survive an upload error and an app restart. A brief problem on our servers no longer kills a queued photo or signs you out mid-job, a session that expires during an upload now renews itself, and a busy server is retried instead of being marked failed for good. If the queue is genuinely full you get a clear message instead of silently losing the shot. Photos added through "Choose File" are now resized and checked like any other photo. Offline, the Work Photos section keeps showing your queued photos and the Add Photo button, so you can still capture work with no signal. Payments and earnings. A second card charge can no longer start while one is still running. The app will not charge an amount it worked out on the phone when the server price is unknown; it asks you to retry instead. An unavailable payout balance is shown as unavailable rather than as $0.00, and one unreadable record from the server no longer empties your whole earnings, transactions or ledger list. Navigation and GPS. Rerouting during turn-by-turn navigation now works instead of failing with an error on screen. A failed shift start no longer leaves location tracking broken for the rest of the session, and the location recovery options now tell you what happened when a setting cannot be opened. Chat. "View Booking" opens the booking instead of a Not Found screen. Opening a chat from a notification no longer clears a customer's unread mark before you have read it. Sending the same message twice shows a plain message, and a running-late ETA can be corrected after it is sent. Also in this release: steps that need a connection now say so instead of queueing and failing later; if the app hits an unexpected error you get a recovery screen instead of a frozen launch screen; payout and schedule reminders open the right screen when tapped; the KPI and Ratings screens show a loading state instead of half a screen; declining a camera or photo permission now explains what to do next; documents and certificates can no longer be uploaded twice by a double tap; and a new booking state, "No Response Yet (Parked)", is displayed correctly.
