Breathe with a living mandala

New: guided breathing, timed sits that end on a singing bowl, and Mindful Minutes in Apple Health.
SOMAR is a living mandala that breathes with you.
It fills the whole screen, turning, glowing and rippling under your fingers, over a deep binaural drone. Put your headphones on, choose a length, and sit.
SIT
— Timed sits of 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes, ending on a singing bowl or a slow fade to sleep
— Guided breathing: the mandala opens as you breathe in and closes as you breathe out
— Save your sits to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes (switch it on in settings)
— Start a sit from Siri, Shortcuts or Spotlight
LOOK
— Five forms: Bloom, Vortex, Seed, Rays and Lattice
— Five colour palettes, or let it Drift through them
— Tap for ripples, drag and it follows, hold to breathe deeper, twist and pinch with two fingers
LISTEN
— A stereo binaural drone with a 4 Hz beat
— Soft chimes under your touch, a singing bowl at the end
SOMAR+ — one purchase, no subscription
— Sit history with your streak and this month's minutes
— 45 and 60 minutes, or any length you choose
— Two more forms: Yantra and Tide
— Two more palettes: Aurora and Rose
— Box and 4-7-8 breathing
