Your chat messages never leave your device. The model ships bundled inside the app — chat works immediately on first launch with no download wait — and every reply is screened by a bundled on-device safety classifier. Optional features that involve cloud processing (clearly disclosed in-app): - Conversation Reviews: when you tap "Review this chat" and grant consent, the message log is sent to DeepInfra's Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct over HTTPS to generate a coaching summary. This is opt-in, behind an explicit consent prompt. - Custom Persona Creation: when you describe a scenario to create your own persona, the description is sent to the same DeepInfra model to curate the persona's personality. No conversation messages are sent. No conversation data is stored by the AI provider beyond the request lifecycle. Voice-to-text uses Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework (SFSpeechRecognizer with requiresOnDeviceRecognition=true). Voice audio is never sent to any server for transcription. If Speech Recognition permission is denied or your device locale isn't supported, voice input is disabled.
