AITANIA is an AI-powered anime fantasy text adventure about portal expeditions, party choices, and character bonds.
You play as the Guide, leading a party of adventurers into unstable miracle portals. Each adventure begins with your party and location, then the AI creates scenes, dialogue, risks, and outcomes based on your choices, current state, and previous actions.
AITANIA is not just a one-on-one AI chat. It is built like a playable story adventure, with companions, roles, dice, state tradeoffs, saves, character stories, and choices that shape each journey.
Choose suggested actions, or write your own plan. The AI reads your intent, dice help resolve risk, and your decisions can affect HP, MP, bonds, and portal strain.

Your choices shape the world.
There are gauges that don’t really have an explanation, and there’s no “help” feature explaining them. I don’t know what PTL is. I don’t understand how to increase those gauges if they run low, or avoid using them. The stories start with no context of how you got there in the first place. You just show up in some strange world without any stated goal or context. There seems to be an overriding theme that everything is “humming” and is alive. So it ends up being kind of frustrating and samey, like you don’t really have any control.My first group ran out of mana quickly, and that was just it. Game over. Even though I spent almost the entire story trying to restore it. All of this being said… I do like the aesthetic design a LOT. I like that I can switch from Visual Novel to chat mode as I wish. I like that the characters are distinct, and I like how they react to what I tell them to do. This seems like a new app. I will stick around to see if I can understand it better. Two days in, I’m worried that it’s going to be the same pantheistic trope over and over. It looks like it has the potential to be incredibly deep, but is currently being very limited by setting. Allow us to customize the setting, theme, and characters a bit more, then you will have my money so I can explore the depth 😊.
