Wealthy isn’t rich.
It’s a state of being. Wealthy means your money lasts forever — and there is a year your numbers reach it. FIRE Projection shows you that year, walks you through the math, and gives you the levers to pull it closer.
THE MATH
Spend $5,000 a month. Multiply by 12 months, then by 25 years. That is $1,500,000.
At historical stock-market returns — about 5% real, after inflation — $1.5M generates $75,000 a year. That is more than you spend. The math has slack. Your portfolio grows while you live on it.
That is the whole math. The app runs it with your spending, your savings, your invested balance — and tells you the year your portfolio crosses the line.
WHAT YOU DO
• Plug in three numbers: invested today, saving per month, spending per month. Estimates are fine — you can refine later.
• See your year. Not a range. Not a probability cloud. The year your portfolio crosses 25× your spending — the year work becomes optional.
• Move the levers. Bump your savings rate by 5% and the year jumps in by years. The app shows you the leverage in real time.
WHY EVERY OTHER TOOL FELT WRONG
They ask you things you do not know. Future raises. Inheritance probabilities. The interest rate in twenty years.
You guess, the answer changes, you stop trusting it. The number is buried under forty parameters, hidden defaults, a Monte Carlo cloud nobody explains.
FIRE Projection shows you the math underneath. Three numbers you actually know. One real year. A worked example you can verify with a napkin.
WHAT PREMIUM ADDS
Seeing the year is one thing. Moving it is another.
Premium itemizes every account and every saving stream. Folds Social Security into your starting portfolio. Adds monthly snapshots so your year moves over time. Opens the scenario playground so you can pressure-test every lever. Exports your full record.
The base app answers the question. Premium shows you how to move the answer.
WHY ONLY THREE INPUTS
Because that is all the math needs. Your savings rate — the gap between what you earn and what you spend — is the single variable that decides your year. The other forty fields do not change the answer. They just make the tool harder to trust.
WHY 5% RETURNS
Conservative. 5% real (after inflation), monthly compounding. No Social Security in the base app. No inheritance. No future raises. No real-estate equity.
Your actual year is almost always sooner than what the app shows.

Three numbers. The math you have never been shown. One real year — and the levers that pull it closer.
