Closed, the cover works just as your iPhone does. • Scans read what you frame. The analysed image is now exactly what sits between the brackets, so the ends of a strip are no longer cut off. • True ECG paper on the live rhythm strips: 25 mm/s and 10 mm/mV, so you can measure intervals and voltage against the grid. The caliper reads real milliseconds and millivolts. • Your Pro status now updates as soon as you come back to the app, and a credit pack is never lost to a dropped connection.

ST Segment Deep Dive, QTc Calculation, VT vs SVT (Brugada), Sgarbossa Criteria and Pacemaker Basics, each with its primary sources and something to work with your thumb: a STEMI threshold checker by lead, sex and age, a QTc calculator that runs four formulas side by side and tells you which to trust at that rate, the Brugada algorithm step by step, a Sgarbossa scorer with the Smith ST/S ratio, and a decoder for any three-letter pacemaker mode. Study Modules now counts 13. • Scans measure more. Every analysis now reports the QT interval and derives QTc from it, the P wave duration, the QRS axis on 12-leads, and how confident it is in its own measurements. QTc is judged against sex-specific thresholds once Patient Context has the sex, and a 50 mm/s paper speed set there is applied to every interval. • Conduction System and Coronary Vessels, redrawn. Two new illustrated hearts. The impulse now travels the printed fibres themselves, SA node to the last Purkinje twig, and tapping an artery lights its territory, the leads that show it, the reciprocal leads and the infarct it causes.

Rebuilt the ECG waveform engine. Rhythms are now generated from a cardiac vector model and projected onto the lead you're viewing, rather than drawn shape by shape. The tracings behave the way real recordings do, for simulation purposes. What you'll see: • Atrial fibrillation has a genuinely chaotic fibrillatory baseline, clearly distinct from atrial flutter. Coarse and fine AF now look different from each other. • Ventricular bigeminy, trigeminy and couplets follow their true beat patterns, with a proper compensatory pause after each PVC. • Atrial flutter shows its sawtooth waves and the correct ventricular response at each conduction ratio. • Coarse and fine ventricular fibrillation are clearly different tracings. • Multifocal atrial tachycardia and wandering atrial pacemaker show genuinely different P wave shapes from beat to beat. • P mitrale shows the broad notched P wave it's named for. • The cursor readout in the ECG Library now reports true millivolts.

This update fixes the scan counter and improves reliability. • Fixed the scan counter in the top right. On subscription accounts it showed only your purchased credits and never counted down. Your subscription scans were always being used correctly, they simply were not being displayed. • When ECG analysis is temporarily unavailable, the app now explains what happened in plain language instead of showing a technical error code. • Internal improvements to how analysis results are handled, so longer results are no longer cut short.

Your account, your call, plus a smarter upgrade screen: • You can now delete your account and all of its data directly in the app, under Profile > Account > Delete Account. • Prices on the upgrade screen now display in your local currency and match exactly what the App Store charges. • Sign-in and sign-up now work with iCloud Keychain AutoFill, and new accounts get strong password suggestions. • A more consistent dark interface throughout, plus security and stability improvements.
